  • To register, you must use a valid Email address. Once you sign-up, you will immediately receive an email from us. Once your email is verified, you can start participating in our services and start purchasing artworks and images from Artstop.in.

Q) Do I need to create an account to purchase any artworks?

  • Yes, we require all users to create an account before purchasing any artwork on our site. Through your Artstop.in account, you can: track your purchases; create collections; and receive updates when they upload new work; and select your favorite works.

Q) How do I track the progress of my artwork shipment?

  • Artstop.in will give you all the details regarding your shipment through mail once it is dispatched. You can go on the courier website to track your shipment or contact us.

Q) How do I view my order status and history?

  • To check your order status, log into your Artstop.in account. From the main menu, hover over your name on the main menu and click Orders to go to your Orders page.

Q) What payment options are available with Artstop.in?

  • We accept all major credit cards from most countries (Visa, Master Card, American Express). You can pay via Credit, Debit Card, Net banking and also via Cheque.

Q) How long does it take to ship my order?

  • After the order is confirmed, Artstop.in takes 7-10 working days to process and ship your order.

Q) How does the shipping &packaging process at Artstop.in work?

  • Shipping of artwork within India is free of cost, however international shipping is chargeable as per actuals. With regard to packaging, once the art/ artworks reach the gallery, we take utmost care to them. Our painting frames come with a guarantee, and we deploy robust packaging procedures to protect your goods and artworks in transit.

Q) Is ordering online safe?

  • Yes, Artstop.in is an established online gallery. We have a team of experts who sit together and curate a good selection of art for its customers. The works are 100% authentic and go through various stages of quality check. What you see on the website is what you will receive.

Q) Does Artstop.in deliver outside India?

  • Yes. Shipping in India is free however, international shipping is chargeable as per actuals.

Q) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

  • Yes, but you need to contact us in this case in 48 hours.

Q) What is Artstop.in’s Return Policy?

  • Artstop.in has a provision for a 7 day Return/Exchange policy from the day of delivery on the buyer’s receipt. However, the Exchange policy is applicable only on another piece(s) of work of the same artist. No returns will be accepted if the buyer takes more than 7 days after delivery to return the order to the seller.
