Artstop.in offers free pan-india shipping of all its products. The artworks are rolled and dispatched via our delivery partner FedEx. Once the order is dispatched, we will share the tracking code with you.

Shipping, Freight, and Transportation Fees (International)

Any custom duty taxes incurred for international shipment of artworks shall be paid by the buyer in accordance with the custom duty taxes of the shipping country. Buyer will also have to pay for freight, shipping, insurance and any other applicable taxes.

a). Shipping Information For Light Shipments

For rolled or framed paintings, Artstop.in sends the paintings through FedEx. The tracking code is informed to the customer after the shipment is handed over.

b). Shipping Information For Heavy Shipments

For heavy consignments like sculptures, Artstop.in use air cargo or sea cargo modes. It may take anywhere between 30 to 40 days of transit time for delivery by sea. In the case of air cargo, it takes just seven days.

Note that buyers will have to get the paintings cleared through customs at their own expense. Please check with your local customs authority.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for any damage during transit at the cost of the buyer. All international buyers are informed about the insurance amount at the time of booking the order.

Terms of Sale and Bookings

Note that all prices quoted against the piece of art are inclusive of GST, packaging, insurance and pan-india shipping charges. For international orders, international shipping cost would be added to the price quoted as per actuals. Also, any custom duty taxes incurred for international shipment of artworks shall be paid by the buyer in accordance with the custom duty taxes of the shipping country.
